The owner canceled the trip at the last minute (2 days before trip start)- RV was damaged on return from the prior rental unfortunately. Outdoorsy was excellent in providing alternate options and we were able to re-book in a different vehicle.

This RV was perfect for a weekend getaway. The RV drives great, is clean, and was comfy for our small family and little dog. Hanna was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with any questions. This was the first of many RV trips for my family :)

We hired Hanna's RV for a 10 day roadtrip and it was absolutely perfect. Surprisingly spacious for 5 adults.

Hanna and her RV were amazing! She was so helpful and made the whole process a joy from beginning to end. The RV itself was exactly as pictured and made for an absolute dream vacation. We were surprised by how easy it was to drive and maneuver even along the windy Pacific coast highway. We will definitely be renting from Hanna again for our next RV trip!

Hanna's RV is wonderful: new, clean, well maintained, and just the right size to be comfortable without lugging a huge vehicle around. Hanna is a great to work with: friendly, organized and professional. We will definitely try to rent her RV again on the next family outing.

We had such an amazing time. The RV is spacious and perfect for a road trip and yet easy to maneuver. Hanna was great to work with. Would rent again!

Was great. Hanna was very communicative and quick to respond. She rents it without any else in it pretty much (e.g. no kitchen stuff), so you can just bring whatever you need, but there is plenty of storage inside and out (we had more storage below than our friends with a 28').We had an issue with the door lock breaking, but I think that is not uncommon, and not sure if it might have been something we did. I had hoped that the basic Outdoorsy insurance would cover it, but they said they wouldn't (they said they'd find someone to fix it, but that I had to pay for labor and materials, and gave no guidance on how much it would cost me), so I had to buy and install a new handle (cost me @$250) - something that Outdoorsy should work on (making any normal wear and tear issues covered, as this makes me less likely to rent through them again).

Had a good experience renting from Hanna. Really nice small Class C. Everything worked perfectly. She was also very accommodating with pick up and drop off. Communication was excellent. When I left a pan in the over she went out of the way to get it back to me which i truly appreciate. Only thing that could have helped would be if there were some basic cooking stuff in the rv already because I ended up having to bring stuff from home. Wasnt a problem for me but if from out of town could have been a challenge.
