We had a blast, one of the best trips we’ve had as a family. It was super easy to book, pick up and drop off. We will definitely be booking again!

Awesome weekend with the RV! Everything works great. Super easy to use. We used it for dry camping for 2 days and had no issues.

Van was very clean and in great shape. Owner was easy to deal with, with the exception of changing their mind one day prior to trip and deciding to not deliver van to the pre-arranged location for an agreed upon fee, which had been negotiated three months prior. I found the Outdoorsy site not very easy to use. My new laptop won’t even interact with it; had to use my phone for all on line interaction, including this review. All in all though, renting that van was a positive experience.

Overall, we had a good trip and Steven was a nice/responsive host but I want to highlight a few issues leading to the 3/5 star review. I think many of these issues would be avoided if you stay at full hook up campgrounds that provide electricity and hoses for water, but we were unaware of these issues prior to the trip and we stayed at various campground types.1. When we picked up the van, it only had 1/2 tank of gas and 1/3 tank of potable water, so we needed to refill both shortly after arriving. A small annoyance to start the trip.
2. Steven forgot to provide the folding table and tabletop grill we had rented from him. While he immediately refunded us for this rental, we had planned to use these items to make our trip more enjoyable
3. All of the five campgrounds we stayed at had quiet hours (e.g. no generator noise) from about 10pm-6am. However, we didn't learn until we picked up the van that we needed to keep the generator on whenever the vehicle was turned off to continue powering the fridge/electronics- otherwise, the battery would die (the generator turned on automatically every 3ish hours). Therefore, the generator turned on several times throughout the night and disturbed other campers. Either only stay at full hook up sites where there's electricity provided from the campground or you may not want to rent this van if you're planning to use a regular campground.
4. The table in the main living area is broken and needs to be serviced. There wasn’t a hose provided to obtain water from standard spigots at campgrounds for the shower/sink, so we had to borrow a hose from other campers.
5. The computer screen that serves as the control panel for all functions of the van (e.g. lights, generator, water pump) broke our first day. Fortunately there was a workaround to download an app to our phone but we couldn’t turn off the van most of our first day prior to knowing about the app because we wouldn’t have been able to turn on the generator.

Grace and Steve rock! I got to enjoy this van because I won a giveaway for it via Instagram for one night and two days. Grace and Steve made the process so easy and were very accommodating and generous. The van was awesome, perfect for all needs and taking out to the coast. I used the giveaway for my birthday, and they even bought me cupcakes with a happy birthday note! I highly recommend anyone wanting to rent a van for travel to go through with this van. The van itself is great, lots of amenities and very cozy to be in. And the owners are quality people who genuinely want to help others enjoy van travel with everything you need!😁

The RV was perfect for me as I can go anywhere with it, easy to drive, and it has all I needed for my trip, even towels :) The extra pillows and throws added a nice homey touch! I had to work half the time during my trip, but I can cook a light breakfast, and make my coffee, with an awesome mountain view! I would do that again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful experience traveling around for two weeks. The camper van provided the mobility I needed to travel between Nevada, California, Oregon, and back. Steve was accommodating and supportive of any questions or small issues that arose. Hope you all have a wonderful experience with this camper van.
