It was our first time renting a RV and we had a great experience. Cristiano was very flexible for the organization and provided us nice tips and very good training and explanations. The RV was working well and was perfect for our family. Easy to drive, easy to park, and well equipped, we enjoyed our road trip to UP!

Owner was very prompt responding to rental request. Owner was very patient and thorough going over check in and check out procedures. Owner accommodated my request to leave personal vehicle at his residence while on vacation.

Non of the locks would open, need to be oiled, the AC was so dirty Before we got the RV, I got a respiratory infection from it. Waste tank was not empty when we got it. the floor was damaged because our son slipped on the wet floor, be cause the fridge leaked while driving. i want half my money back
