This couple should not be in the rental business. They have no clue about the trailer. The refrigerator temp warming light was flashing on delivery and we were told it was duty indicator and would still hold temp. We had spoiled food by day 4 and had to reset the entire electrical. They said the stabilizers would also level the trailer - they did not they only stabilize and therefore aleyas had to find a perfectly level site. We purchased and left them with needed kitchen pots and pans and broom and dustpan yet they charged us for a blow fuse which is not our fault. I would not rent from them.

We are disappointed to see the low rating, particularly because you shared multiple times how much you were enjoying the experience and were very happy with the camper. The additional fees that we needed to apply were due to the condition that the camper was returned in and the significant amount of cleaning and attention that was required to get it restored to rental ready condition. We strive to be consistent and fair with our fees in accordance with rental policies. That said, we do appreciate your business and wish you the best in your future travels.

Had a great experience with this RV rental! Everything went smoothly, and the RV was exactly what we needed. Jed’s communication was outstanding, he was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend!

Loved the solar panels, the open bunks, very large fridge, and ease of towing with the trailer sitting higher. The slide made for ample space inside. Also appreciated all of the extra accessories for parking the trailer level. Made life easy!

We had a fantastic first travel trailer experience! Jed went over everything in detail during pickup. He was very knowledgeable, and both he and Ashley were friendly and easy to work with. We left feeling confident and ready for our trip to Cascade.

Jed was great to work with. Very responsive, excellent communication. We opted for delivery and he helped us get set up and thoroughly explained how everything worked. Loved this trailer and all the amenities. Exactly as described and what we needed for our family trip. New, clean and beautiful. Had features we wished we had on our own trailer like a solar fridge! Would absolutely rent from Jed and this trailer again. Thank you for sharing your camper with us!

First, I have to acknowledge the technical expertise of the owner, Jed. He doesn’t just know his own trailer inside and out — he clearly understands trailers in general, what makes them perform well, and why this one stands above the standard options.

Jed and his wife were incredibly nice and accommodating throughout the entire rental process. The trailer was brand new and had all the modern updates and conveniences you could want. The solar setup worked great and kept the battery charged every day during our fishing trip, which was a huge plus as we boondocked at Owyhee for nearly a week.
