We rent a 27 foot Toy Hauler. It is finished with a couch that converts to a bed between queen and full size, as well as a set of bunk beds. Has a furnace to keep you warm as well as a stove top and a bathroom enclosure and TV. It will fit a large side by side and a four wheeler at the same time. Or several four wheelers or snow machines.
