Excellent rental. Easy to drive. Excellent condition. I would definitely rent this one again. There were 3 of us. 2 slept out back and there was enough room on the floor for a single sleeping pad for my daughter so she didn’t need to sleep in a tent outside. The host was outstanding

We loved exploring Washington state in this campervan! It had everything we needed and was so clean and comfortable. It felt spacious, had great lighting inside and the mesh screens on the side and back door were a great bonus. The backup camera was excellent. Yun was great at communicating and gave thorough instructions. We would highly recommend!

We rented for 5 days to travel through Olympic National Park and had the most amazing trip! The van drove super smoothly and was perfect for us to see as much as we could. The van was very easily operable, lots of sensors such as windshield wipers changed pace during rain and sensors to notify when too close to side of road. While it is a tight space, we made it work easily for 2 people. I was able to nearly stand tall, very little crouching needed (6’3). However, the bed is pretty small so be prepared to squeeze in. Lots of area for storage, we had 2 checked bags, 2 carry-ons and 2 backpacks which all fit. Yun was incredible with his communication and so kind. He needed a little extra time to clean before our ride and because of that was very flexible with our return time.

Our trip was fantastic thanks to a smooth rental process and awesome sprinter! We toured Seattle, Mt. Rainier and Olympic National Park with ease and convenience of having everything we needed with the van. It was super easy to use and our host made sure to take the time to walk us through everything before driving off. He has a great system for how to use all the features of the van and it was very well maintained. You could tell he took pride in his service, communication and maintenance of the vehicle. I honestly was nervous to rent a sprinter as I had never rented outside of a normal rental car agency, but this experience was better than that. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for peace of mind while traveling across many areas. We received compliments from fellow travelers throughout our trip about how nice of a camper it was! 5 stars for sure.

My husband, toddler, and I recently rented this sprinter van for a camping road trip around Vancouver Island, BC. From the moment we got the confirmation email, Yun was so communicative and responsive. We had never rented a vehicle for camping and were flying to Seattle to pick it up and continue on from there, so we had questions about what was included, what we needed to bring, etc. He answered all of them cheerfully and quickly. He also had good suggestions for where we might be able to rent a car seat (BabyQuip, if anyone is looking!).When I went to pick up the van, Yun gave me a thorough tour and seemed genuinely interested in our trip, and excited that we were going to take his van on an adventure. During the trip we had a few more questions (just general "how does this work" questions), and again Yun was very responsive and helpful. I am so appreciative, since we were in and out of service, that we could get answers quickly!It turns out too that this vehicle was exactly what we needed for our camping road trip. We had rain more than half the time, and we were able to enjoy the outdoors while still being cozy (far more cozy than we would have in a soggy tent and making food out in the rain!) We would go on a rainy hike to a beach and be able to come back, change clothes, make tea, and relax for a bit in the comfort of the van before the next thing.The comfort and convenience of van camping combined with the ability to stay close to nature made this a trip and experience we will remember fondly. Our first trip with a sprinter van, and now it's our dream to own one someday. It enabled us to be light on our feet, and we could park or drive just about anywhere. (We were traveling with family members towing a huge RV trailer, and while their setup was very luxurious, it just wasn't nimble on the road and took a lot of time to set up. With the sprinter van, we'd just pull up, park somewhere level, and we were good to go.)
