First time RV renter here. Top notch experience. Clean, reliable RV. Luis was accommodating from beginning to the end. His tutorial of the vehicle and amenities was thorough and left me feeling well prepared for the journey. He was calm and professional in all of our interaction. He is a genuinely warm and kind man who will definitely take care of you. Our family had a fan fantastic trip and won't hesitate to rent again from Luis in the future.
