Howdy–I’m Vassilissa! I'm intensively passionate about living a life centered in the natural world. Most days, you'll find me, my husband Brandon, and our scent-trained mushroom dog Moomin foraging for wild edibles, fishing and crabbing, backpacking, mountain biking, and rock climbing in the wild reaches of Washington state. When in our happy home of Seattle, we love to cook (and EAT), mend and homecraft, grow our own food, and explore our neighborhood and city.
