About VanWylder

We're the Blooms. Started off as Paige and Ted, now it's Hank and Carl our 2 cats, and 2 kids, Bash and Lucy. Originally from Philly (go Birds), we decided to move out west to give ourselves a new point of exploration. After renting a van from a rad couple in San Fran and doing van life for the first time up the coast to Seattle, we knew we wanted more, and we wanted to share the opportunity with others. Colorado is the perfect starting point to access so many great camping spots, and National Parks (so far Wylder has been to 12 and counting). We've been to both coasts with Wylder- from hot springs to ski huts, we'd love to help you plan your perfect trip!

What an incredible experience! We had a blast renting this camper van, it was the perfect home away from home. The hosts are extremely responsive and friendly - they provided us a list of places to visit on our travels. Also the bed is soo comfortable you won't be disappointed! Will absolutely rent again if we come back to the area, thank you!

We had a great trip in Van Wylder experiencing Grand Teton National Park. The van had everything we needed for our camping adventure in one place, which came in handy with multiple days of rain during our trip. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage for our stuff (including paddle boards). Ted and Paige were excellent renters, providing recommendations before the trip and leaving a little surprise for us in the van for our 10th wedding anniversary that we were celebrating on our trip.

We absolutely loved our trip with Van Wylder! The van had everything we needed and the bed was SO comfortable. There were nice touches throughout the van so the vibes were high! Paige and Teddy were super responsive, kind, and easy to work with. I'd highly suggest booking Van Wylder and we might again someday too. Ten out of ten would recommend!

Van Wylder provided us a fantastic spot for our time at a music festival! The running water, induction stove, warm lighting, comfy bed, and fan all helped make the experience so much more comfortable and clean! Highly recommend Van Wylder for any trip you're taking!

Absolute best hosts! If you’re thinking about renting from them, just do it. Easy pick up, and the van is always clean and ready to go. Also, if you need to reach them, they are quick and so helpful.We’ve rented Van Wyilder from them twice. The first time, we took the dogs, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The second time, we took a quick trip to Gunnison and stayed under the stars. It was beautiful. They really equip the van with everything you need, from cookware to solar power for those off-road stays. Highly recommend!
