The host was slow in responding after making the booking. Had to contact Outdoorsy to prompt him. On the day of pickup we had prearranged to pick up the trailer at 11:30. We were on our way and almost there, when at 11:15 the host informed us that there was a problem with the hitch. In the end we had to wait around until 1:30 before the problem was fixed. The host was very apologetic, which was appreciated. The trailer was clean and new, bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked great. Communication was the only real issue, just not timely; we had to ask a number of questions after we had booked that could have been answered in the description of the trailer.
