Unfortunately, our experience with this RV and its owner was very disappointing. After returning the vehicle clean and in good faith (even notifying the owner in advance of a minor issue we had already taken care of), we were charged nearly the entire deposit for cleaning and “damage” that we believe was exaggerated and never substantiated with actual receipts. It left us feeling taken advantage of, with no realistic way to dispute it.
