My experience renting the van was overall positive. Communication was decent, with responses typically within 2-4 hours—though it could have been quicker. The van was spotless upon pick-up, and while there were minor mechanical issues (I believe a blown fuse) upon pick up that wasn't addressed, the listing was accurate. We ultimately chose this van because of the unlimited mileage. The bed topper, pillows, and sheets were surprisingly comfortable! Patrick was a standout—personable, patient, and went above and beyond during check-in to walk us through everything as first-time van users, which made the trip more enjoyable and stress-free. I'd recommend renting from Jason and Patrick and would happily rent from them again! If you’re thinking about renting from them- DO IT! You won’t be disappointed.

This experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very start, Andrew and Patrick's professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident. They were incredibly accommodating, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.
The van itself was in perfect condition – spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable adventure. It was evident that Andrew and Patrick take great pride in their fleet, ensuring every detail is attended to.
Our journey was enriched by the thoughtful amenities and extras provided. Whether we were navigating winding mountain roads or setting up camp by the ocean the van performed flawlessly, offering a reliable and cozy home on wheels.
Moreover, Andrew and Patrick were always available to answer any questions, and ensured we had the best possible experience. Their friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart.
