First time renting. It was so easy to do! Mike and wife were very nice. Arrived on time and set up for us. Good communication up until delivery. As long time campers, we know a thing or two about campers. I would never have bought this one! Bathroom was at back door. No sink inside. The main entrance step height into the trailer was too high. I wrenched my knee going in and out. I saw the reviews about the stink inside the camper, but I didn’t smell anything. However, there were 6 separate air fresheners placed throughout the camper. The bed was very comfortable. Sheets clean. The battery died on the 5th day but we brought a generator. I felt that the price was pretty steep. But overall it was great. Good for a small family or couple. I’d rent from Mike again.

Loved this camper! It was perfect for our family of three and being able to take all the worry out of hauling a camper and setting it up is truly amazing! Will be renting again for our next camping trip!

The Ortiz’s RV was comfortable and clean. It was also well appointed with all the things you need to camp. I also had them deliver it to my campsite and they were both professional and patient. I would highly recommend renting this RV!

Michael was so accommodating. He delivered and set up his camper for our dry dock camping event. This event takes place on rural meadow property. A number of family members reunion here every year with their campers. We absolutely enjoyed the convenience of participating along side the other RV’s without the hassle of owning and transporting our own. The camper was clean and well appointed for a stress free weekend. Thank you Michael😎

The RV smelled so bad that not even the 4 deodorizer you put in helped. My wife and I couldn't stay inside. It smelled like a dirty urinal. They knew it was bad when they left bathroom door to the outside open, The smell was unbearable. I would give it zero stars if I could. They ruined my whole vacation with my grandchildren.

We loved renting as we normally use a pop up and this was so much easier! Michael made sure everything was good to go and having the trailer made the trip so much more fun and relaxing.
