Our first experience with outdoorsy was a swing and a miss unfortunately. Though I tried my best to plan ahead and booked 10 months out, and let our host know it was our first family camping trip we ultimately spent 5 days in an rv with a dead battery and no hookups. Caitlyn's customer service left a lot to be desired and we will not be hang outdoorsy again. We tried. I found outdoorsy customer service to be helpful but for $757 we could have enjoyed much better accommodations. The unit itself looked good but the experience was certainly lack lustre. I had to chase down our host for help and to problem solve and still felt like an inconvenience because she thought them profiting $318 for the week was already a great deal. A swing and a miss, perhaps a better unit for experienced campers but not for greenies like myself.

as a host i try my absolute best at providing everything i could for you. unfortunately you booked a tent site that had no electric or water hookups- which campers need if you don’t have a generator. we tried our best to help you. i believe leaving a bad review is not fair, as we tried our best to help you and even explained how you did not book an RV site.

We had the most amazing time. Caitlyn was very responsive and worked with us with any questions. The camper was a perfect fit for our small family. Caitlyn dropped off and set up for us which was super easy and convenient. We are looking forward to renting this camper again next year. We can't recommend them enough for your trip.

Caitlyn was very responsive answering all of my questions before and during our trip. The camper was a great size for me and my three daughters. It was clean and well stocked. It's also super cute inside! They set up everything nicely and took it down making our trip even better. I recommend Caitlin and her camper for sure!

The RV worked out great for my elderly mom and a rotating family member to stay with her all week. It was clean and beds were super comfortable! Caitlyn was a wonderful host! Would definitely book again.

There are a few minor issues (utensils, coffee pot, screens, door & curtains)that I’m sure Caitlyn will correct for the next renters. I’m sure she wasn’t aware of the amenities listed on Outdoorsy site. It was extremely clean and comfortable
