I do everything within my control to ensure guests are comfortable and have a wonderful time. All Communication was with girlfriend, Kierstan who made frequent requests including ice, hangers, and dish soap, all of which I brought to them. I was informed that the A/C was not cooling the main bedroom so I purchased a new fan to be used and had a repairman there the following afternoon. It seemed that she was most disappointed with the T.V not having the ability to stream movies. This is not a service or amenity that has ever been offered. This was actually the first time anyone even inquired about the T.V. My experience has been that people don't vacation at the beach to watch T.V. It saddens me that they were not completely satisfied and chalk it up to a generation that feels more entitlement for whatever reason. It's like going to Red Lobster and ordering steak and getting upset that they don't offer it. Her grandmother was delightful and Moose, the labradoodle absolutely adorable.

Very comfortable stay. Amy is a SUUUUPER HOST and really cares about providing a wonderful experience. There were a few hiccups with the electricity, sewage, bottom step, but were fixed rather quickly. It’s good to know if something pops up, you will have a responsive host—Amy is that. Definitely would rent again. Linens, towels, and cooking supplies were provided, which was super helpful for us as we were flying in. Overall, an excellent experience.
