Nick was great to work with. He responded promptly to questions and did a great job walking us through the trailer. The trailer was as advertised. It pulled well and everything worked. We had a great week.

Renter beware. I never do reviews, but my pride would not let this one go.My experience started out as any normal experience on Outdoorsy. When I picked up the trailer, Nick was great, friendly and helpful. As we did a walk-around showing me the trailer and it's functions he had causally mentioned that he had to charge the renter right before me for a tire because they kept it too low and ruined it. I remembering thinking that was odd, as one trip with a trailer would be hard to ruin the tire. The old/ruined tire was on the back of the trailer as the spare, and it had wires poking out on the inside with no tread. Anyone that knows anything about tires knows that wires would never poke out and all tread gone after one trip. Anyway, I didn't think much of it as Nick was a very nice guy. I figured the renter before me must have let the tire go completely flat or something, some kind of freak accident or major neglect, so I brushed it off.After picking the trailer up, we pulled the trailer to our camping spot about 50 miles away. We had a great time, with the exception of not having a heater during our trip as the heater would not work. I was able to text Nick randomly as cell ervice was bad and he got the heater working for me one time, but I could never get it to work again. It was pretty cold the two nights we were up there, especially the first night. It was annoying, but it was okay and I didn't make a fuss to Nick as we still enjoyed ourselves, though a heater would've been great. The trailer itself was a nice trailer and the interior was in great shape.On our way home we stopped at a fast food restaurant and ran into grab some food. As I was walking past the trailer I noticed the back right tire was extremely bald and had sun cracks all throughout the tire. The other three tires had been replaced and we're brand new and we're on different rims than the bad tire. The tire was dangerously bald, and it even had a few wires poking out in the inside. Upon my return home I mopped and swept the trailer and empty the sewage.I was excited drop it off as we took extremely good care of the trailer and I was bringing you back cleaner than I picked it up. Nick was gone so his wife helped me as I dropped off the trailer. I told her that the back tire was bald and that they probably need to to have it looked at before someone else rented it as it was dangerous. I honestly didn't think much of it as any common Sense would tell you that's somebody taking a trailer hundred miles round-trip could never do any type of damage to the tire, let alone the sun / rotting cracks showing the extreme age of the tire.The next day I woke up and check my email I noticed that I had $150 of my deposit with health with a very short description that said damage to tire. I instantly message Nick to get his thoughts around the damage to the tire. He instantly became aggressive and was not the same Nick that I picked up the trailer from. he then pointed out that even if I didn't ruin the tire he would still charge me for a broken nozzle. At that point I knew he was just reaching for something to charge me and there was nothing more I could do. it was frustrating as I'm an honest person and would happily pay for something if I truly broke it. Looking back I should have paid closer attention as he told me that he charged the renter just before me for a whole new tire as well. It looks like he was charging renters individually at a time to replace each tire as 3 the tires were already replaced and I was the sucker to pay for the last one. It was a very disheartening experience, and I felt like I got taken advantage of. The worst part was that Nick was extremely rude and difficult to work with once I dropped the trailer off and he had control of my deposit.

The RV was perfect and Nick was great to work with! Will definitely rent from Nick again in the future! Thanks for a fantastic weekend that was comfortable and free of any complications!

Great trailer, functional layout, very roomy with pop out. Nick was very responsive, even while we were on our trip, and he was out of town. Towed easily with my 1500 Dodge

Nick was great to work with. He reached out to us in advance of our rental time to arrange a time to meet. He was very flexible. He walked us through the features of the trailer and made sure we were hooked up properly.

Nick was great to work with and the trailer was exactly what we needed for our trip. Nick was very quick to respond to any questions we had and explained the use of the trailer well. The trailer was very comfortable, very cold a/c, batteries held their charge amazingly well. Renting this trailer from Nick was exactly what we need to make some fantastic family memories!

Loved the slide out and canopy. It got a little cold at night and we had to hook up a generator to start the furnace because the batteries were weak, but otherwise we're happy with the trailer and the value it added to our trip.

We loved this trailer. Nick was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was very helpful. The trailer was beautiful and had everything we needed for our trip. Thank you again and I hope we are back in Salt Lake City soon so we are able to rent with Nick again.
