April was very nice and accommodating; She went over all the ins and outs of the RV to get ready for road travel and setup when you get to the site. Very honest about the mechanics such as the awning, etc. Super helpful, even her neighbors were very helpful and friendly. Directions were very clear and she was available to message with questions. All the equipment was included and in good working order. All appliances and furniture was in good working order and clean. Definitely made for a great trip. 36’ RV we traveled with 5 and took on a 6th at the last minute. Everyone was more than comfortable had their own bed and space! Highly recommend this rental, would and will rent again.

My experience in the trailer was horrible. The owner was unapologetic and obnoxious. I have requested a FULL REFUND but have not heard back from Outdoorsy.

Trailer was clean, everything worked, and the owner had everything set up and ready for us in a timely manner. Highly recommended.
