We had a great first RV rental experience with Janet. Communication was excellent, and she was very accommodating, taking the time to explain the RV and answer our questions as first-time RVers. While there were a few minor challenges, including some confusion with the Outdoorsy rental process, a slight adapter miscommunication, and a bit of organization needed inside the RV, none of these significantly impacted our trip. Janet remained responsive and helpful throughout. The RV was well-equipped with useful amenities, and overall the experience was very positive. We enjoyed our trip and are excited to continue RVing in the future.

Ok had to come back, i believe i deleted the other review by mistake.... so with that said i went into this trip planning think something somewhere would be wrong, a disaster.... but i was wrong. From the agents at Outdoorsy to the RV renters Janet Arguello and her husband. All wonderful people. Especially Janet and her husband.
