The host was spot on. She Melissa’s was prompt with responses and answered every single question leading up to my date for my vacation rental. Outdoorsy requires all communication go through them causing delays in reconciliation of issues unknown by the host and the guest. This occurred with my trip so I took the issue upon myself as I had done my due diligence and went and viewed the rental a week before my actual pick up date. Not many will be able to do so. When I did I noted an issue and those that were responsible for the upkeep and issuing and returning of the rental assured me that the issue would be resolved and it wasn’t m. As a result of this shortfall it imposed additional cost upon me as the guest. In addition when we arrived the preparation for us “Boondocking” was not prepared as stated the week before when I went to ensure all was in order to prevent any issues upon pick up. Now I will admit I had an issue as well my towing receiver was not on the right ball and was seized to the point it would not come out m. So upon arrival it was noted and attempts were made to rectify. To no avail at the pick up location. I had to find a location that could correct that issue and that was totally on my cost and time. Upon return all went well I notified the host of the r issues at hand. And she (Melissa) was full steam ahead to satisfy our issue after the fact as she too did not know of the issue that was noted the week before and the day of pickup. So ultimately 2 thumbs up for Melissa and a mediocre thumbs for outdoorsy

definitely great experience 1st time renting! the trailer is clean! the host is definitely responsive and quick and made sure we are taken care off from the start to end of our trip. we had no issue with the trailer everything was working
Just fyi be sure to bring sheets blankets and pillows as it did not came with it but overall it’s still a good rent

Rental had issues prior to picking up, jack didn’t work, water holding tank busted water leaking and faucet leaking in bathroom. They capped line to bathroom sink so we had to use kitchen sink to do everything! Asked for tank to be filled up with fresh water, they only filled half tank, ran out of water in one day of a weekend trip. Unit was infested with ants in kitchen and cabinets. Gray and black water tank valves were left open and capped. When went to remove caps got soaked with sewage water! Can honestly say that I would never rent from them again!

AC kept tripping during daylight, and the cooking station was very greasy. Aside from that, it was a pleasant experience!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our trip. Ended up not taking generator so not sure how comfortable it would be on limited use but RV was easy to set up otherwise. We couldn’t figure out tv though. lol. Thank you for allowing us this experience. We will definitely be back.
