We had a fun time with this trailer and renting from Jean Paul. It's like a tiny luxury king size sleeping pod in a space ship, with the perfect kitchen set up in the back. With the addition of the tent on top, it was more than enough of space for a family of three, with the ability to customize for sleep preferences. We pulled it behind a Volvo xc60 and besides those first right turns, found it totally easy to handle. When you pull a rig like this, be prepared for folks coming up to talk to you about it!

We’ve rented a few trailers from Outdoorsy and this is our favorite yet. The hitch for our trailer was incredibly easy to use, both at the start of our trip and beginning the journey home. The trailer was clean, well stocked, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Also, communication before and during the rental was timely, clear, kind, and helpful.

Our third rental experience with Jean-Paul and we could not have been more pleased. Very quick to respond, easy to work with and most importantly the trailer is in tip-top shape and ready to go when I arrive. Strongly recommend renting from him if you are in the need of a great off-road trailer ready for any adventure. Perfect set-up for the 2026 Overland Rally in Plain WA.

Jean was great. Awesome Communications, he showed me how to work the trailer thoroughly, had it prepped , ready and in perfect condition when I rented it. The last guy I rented from did not inform me about turning off the AC inverter and left me without power a few hours into our trip,. I couldn’t have received better care. I definitely recommend renting from him.

This was our 2nd time renting and the mammoth did not disappoint! Our kids loved the roof top tent and the kitchen set up outdoors made it easy to watch them while fixing up breakfast. JP is a great host and super responsive. I highly recommend this trailer rental! Perfect for anyone really!

The Mammoth camper was fantastic. It tows awesomely and could hardly tell it was there. Rooftop Tent was great and easy to set-up for me and my 3 kids ages 10yo - 6yo. Wife and 1yo were inside the camper. Kitchen was great. We didn't bother hooking up water, but 20lb propane hookup was easy for cooking. The swing out kitchen was cool and gives you extra prep space to the side. Electric cooler was good enough for our 3 days camping. The biggest thing for us was putting our 5 bikes off the back with our VelociRax vertical bike rack. JP had an extension for the 2" receiver and it was no problem for clearance and weight distribution! I would totally rent this set-up again. Thanks JP!

Our host, JP was an absolute pleasure to work with. Responsive, helpful and very generous. We had an accident with the trailer on the first night out. JP was understanding and mostly concerned with us still being able to enjoy our vacation as much as possible. He was very patient. I can't imagine any other host being any more accommodating given the situation.

Renting from JP was just fantastic. He is readily available if any issues arise. He is very accommodating and helpful. The trailer itself was in top notch shape and worked incredibly well for us. It was clean and all features worked perfectly. If you are looking for a quick getaway I highly recommend renting this trailer from JP. I can’t say enough good things. The experience was perfect and will serve renting from him again. Thanks JP my family and I had a terrific trip!!

Clean, comfortable and so capable! We were the envy of the campground. Never slept so well on a camping trip. Towed so easy. Big thanks to the owner, JP! He gave us a great overview and was always quick to respond - even when we had a question during the trip. The Mammoth HV is awesome!

JP was a pleasure to work with and his Mammoth trailer was perfect for our 4 day campout. The new iKamper tent was comfortable and the Mammoth itself had everything we needed. JP gave us a great walkthrough and was available for any questions throughout the rental. Definitely recommend renting from him if you’re considering a Mammoth - 5 stars all day!
