This is the second time we have rented the RV and would gladly do so again. Communication was great and delivery and pickup went smoothly. Camper had everything we needed! Highly recommend renting from Shannara and Jeremy! See you next year!

Camper reeked of mothballs, moldy coffee pot, brakes need to be replaced on camper, we did empty black tank they said we didn’t so charged us on the plus side fast communication

I’d like to address your concerns and provide some context from our perspective.Tank Cleaning: We apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding the black and grey tanks. We clearly state in our listing that thorough tank cleaning is essential. We documented the tank levels with pictures during the pickup with your wife and with pictures, and they were indeed 2/3 and 1/3 full. Our policy is to charge for re-cleaning if tanks are not emptied properly, as indicated in our terms.Coffee Pot Oversight: We acknowledge that the coffee pot was not cleaned to our usual standards after the previous renters. We apologize for this oversight and have since added it to our checklist to ensure better consistency.Brake Maintenance: Regarding the brakes, we regularly inspect and maintain our RVs and recent inspection shows the brakes on the camper are in good condition. However, if there was an issue during your rental, we suggest you check the brakes on your truck. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to inspect our camper brakes.Positive Communication: We’re glad to hear that our communication was fast and responsive. Betsy was perfect for our annual camping trip. Very nice and clean. The Faupl’s were beyond accommodating, flexible and understanding. Great people and would highly recommend to anyone!

Excellent hosts, very attentive, camper was clean, well stocked, and so comfortable. Host dropped off at our location and was very flexible with times and thorough with showing us the tricks of the camper. Would definitely recommend this host/camper to a friend!
