We had a good time for our first time renting!
Rita was great with a super last minute reservation and had everything ready to go. She communicated very well and went through everything very thoroughly! She was very patient and answered all my questions. I would rent again!

We had a great camping experience and Rita was nice and very responsive in her communication. But the mechanical fell short for a few reasons: Propane tanks were not full, outdoor shower wand is cracked faucet valve fails to fully close so it constantly leaks (fortunately the leak is on the outside), the black tank meter reading is always full even when completely empty, and the toilet cock valve doesn’t seal so you can’t fill the bowl with water to get a good flush and thus orders are able to leak up from the tank. I ended up lubricating the locks on the storage hatches as you could barely get them to easily lock/unlock. Mostly miner things but they added up to show a lack of proper maintenance.

Rita was amazing to work with on our trip. We trailed from SWFL to spend the weekend at The Gorge, and her 2014 Aspen Trail was perfect for the trip. She was so helpful for us, especially since we had to come with nothing, and made the pick up and delivery back so easy. I will definitely be contacting her again when we travel out west and would recommend her to anyone in the Seattle area!

Rita and her husband were great! When an unforeseen (and unforeseeable) issue required that we return the unit we rented, she and her husband went out of their way to ensure that we were treated more than fairly. It's unfortunate, issues come up with mechanical equipment from time to time. But in the end I think we all did what we could to make the best of it. Will definitely recommend them!

Rita was a life saver! After a last-minute change of plans, we were scrambling for an RV to rent for a camping weekend. Rita was incredibly helpful and responsive every step of the way. We were also able to rent a generator and trailer hitch through her, and she even filled the water tank for us before pick-up. During pick-up she walked through the RV features with us to make sure we understood how everything worked. I would strongly recommend renting from Rita!
