This was our first time renting a travel trailer. As soon as our request to rent was accepted, Ben was extremely helpful, responsive, and patient as he answered our many questions. When we picked up the travel trailer, Ben and Kyla were delightful! They walked us through everything we would need to know about the travel trailer and took the time to make sure our questions were answered and that we were comfortable.
