This trailer was very easy to set up. It was our first time pulling and setting up a travel trailer but everything went great. We would definitely rent from Michelle again.

Michelle went out of her way to ensure a good rental experience. When the original camper I rented was broken, she arranged a suitable replacement without hesitation. Once she had found a replacement, she ensured the replacement was acceptable with our plans. All of this was done without any fuss or bother on my part.

Nothing but praise for Michelle during the entire process. She handled the delivery and pickup with patience and a smile on her face, even though it was challenging. One slight issue with a water leak, but I still gave "mechanical" a 5-star because Michelle showed up after 8p at night, even though she had a sick kid at home, to fix the problem.
