Unfortunately we had several problems with the RV. When we picked up we felt in hindsight that it was very rushed. We admit we are inexperienced, as this was our 1st time renting an RV. But, my husband was truck driver, & our son in law had an RV.
We had couple minor issues with electrical outlets not working, which did get resolved, but on 2nd day while camping in Whittier, going to leave, had dead battery. Had to go buy jumper cables to get it started. Thankfully our daughter son inlaw were with us with their truck. Our son in law said we did nothing to cause this.Tim did come out and relplaced 2 dead batteries. Then couple nights later in middle of night the LP alarm goes off. We smelled propane. Although we had double checked that no propane was turned on or being used. It happened the next night too.
They sent service person out, and he found no leak. Then we were charged $275 for the service call.
We would never rent from them again!!

There were several false calls.
1st call out:
You couldn’t find CFI’s to push the button to turn on outlets. And we had to drive 55 miles one way to turn them on for you.2nd call out:
The rv would not start. Something was left turned on.
Had to purchase new batteries and install them. AutoZone checked the batteries told us they were in a good working condition.
3 rd call out:
You smelled something. Had to call emergency Rv technician.

Tim and Diana were great to work with, we had a few hiccups on our end with flight times and travel to from anchorage to wassilla and they were very accommodating. RV was clean, everything ran good, extra blankets for cold nights, plenty of space it was only 2 of us but would have work great even with 4 adults. Exactly what we needed for a week in Alaska. Would definitely rent from them again.

Tim and Diana provided and excellent experience! Their communication was second to none. The Motorhome was exactly what my family needed to have the trip of a lifetime without the exaggerated expense of the large rental companies.
