We had a wonderful experience renting this trailer from Lance. The trailer itself was excellent—clean, well-maintained, in great condition, and very well suited to our needs. Everything worked well, and we were very comfortable throughout our trip.But what really stood out was how great Lance was to work with. We had some concerns and special requests, and he went above and beyond to accommodate us. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure everything went smoothly. We also needed to make a change to our schedule and extend our trip, and Lance was very accommodating and easy to work with.We used the delivery option, with Lance towing the trailer to our campsite and picking it up at the end of our stay. That was especially important to us since we don't have a vehicle capable of towing a trailer, and the whole process was seamless.The communication throughout was excellent, and Lance went the extra mile to make our experience a great one. We had a wonderful trip and would absolutely rent from Lance again. Highly recommended!
