I recently rented this camper. My experience went like this. To start the camper was given to us with a full black and gray tank and a pretty rotten smell because of this inside. I had to find a place to dump those tanks before we could even begin using it. It was then quite smelly and it took a couple days to get rid of the smells. Upon getting to our camping location we realized the interior had not been cleaned at all. Dirt on the floors, animal hair all over etc We had to vacuum/clean the entire camper before using it. Lastly, the bedding provided did not fit the bed and we then had to get our own bedding that fit properly.The owner was very responses to messages throughout our camping experience and I made sure to tell her about these issues. After returning the camper I attempted to speak with the owner about these issues and find a resolution and have been ignored entirely since. The camper was pretty good besides these issues.

Poor communication; Nice camper in desperate need of maintenance and upkeep; Camper was delivered during unscheduled time, so no one was there to walk through. When I opened it up it was noticeably not cleaned. Major leak in kitch sink made it unusable during stay; small leak in toilet area; Delivered with empty LP tanks, so I wasn't able to use stove, nor hot water. The biggest issue was our inability to reach owner on final day; We needed to assure the camper would be picked up; camper may still be at the fair grounds a week later.
