Maple always responded to my messages within minutes. They were very flexible with pickup/drop-off times. The trailer is great.

Unfortunately when we picked up the camper it was raining and we could not be shown how to set it up completely and a manual showing how to set up the camper was not available so I suggest you review set up of the camper in advance.
