Debbie and Jim (husband) did a fantastic job of briefing us on the RV, all the "how-to's" etc. Debbie was extremely responsive to a few simple questions I had after we left which made the experience wonderful!!! The RV itself looks and operates as if brand new! We had a mix of RV park and public camping (dry) and thoroughly enjoyed each type in this unit. Kept us warm on a few cold nights, a joy to use, have our friends over for snacks, etc. Again, we have to reiterate how well Debbie and Jim prepared us for our 12 day trip, and how accommodating they were on pickup and drop off times.

The trailer was immaculate. Debbie and her husband were very helpful in explaining everything. A GREAT experience.
