The unit was delivered without a septic connection, despite the park owner providing clear instructions to Sean on where to attach it. As a result, both the grey and black water tanks backed up. When notified, Sean advised discharging grey water onto the ground, which was unacceptable given that the valve was positioned toward a neighboring RV’s front porch.
We also experienced a loss of power to the air conditioning and were required to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Additionally, the screen door latch was loose upon arrival and would not secure properly.
Due to grey water backing up into the sink and shower pan, we did not feel it was reasonable to wash the two pots and two knives we used. We swept the unit, wiped down the counters, and acknowledge leaving one lime behind.
Overall, this was the worst RV rental experience we have encountered.

Sean was an incredible host! He was very prompt in his communication, set up his RV for us and was very efficient and helpful at every turn. The RV is very new and was incredibly well designed. Sean walked us through all the various functions with patience. I couldn’t be more pleased and would definitely rent from him again! Thanks for the 5 star service!
