We rented Mickinley’s trailer for a trip to Tucson and it was an awesome experience. My Chevy Silverado 1500 pulled it with no issues from Phoenix and it’s basically brand new. It was my wife and I and our 2 kids, 8 and 3. The bunkhouse was great for them, they loved it, which made the experience better for us. Everyone has their own space and the layout is great. The absolute best though is the interior lights and fireplace. I’ll admit, the fireplace was what caught my eye, and the kids were excited about it too. But when it’s late at night and the the kids were asleep and it’s dark and quiet outside, the dim blue lights and fireplace make such a great vibe for a nightcap. I’d definitely rent this one again, and would highly recommend it if you want a good sized, lightweight camper, and excellent, communicative hosts. Cheers!
