About Mark and Hope's RV rentals
We are a family of 8, and adding a son-in-law in July! Our kids (four girls, two boys) range in age from 20 - 3 years, so life is very full. We love to get away from the crazy to camp, especially with good friends and beautiful weather. RV-ing is relatively new to us, and a great improvement over the tent camping we've done through the years. Last fall we camped for the first time at Echo Bluffs in southern Missouri and were astounded by the beauty so close to home! We have two busy puppies (a Morky and a Goldendoodle), but have yet to brave taking them camping with us. :)

Lynn and I used this RV for a weekend float trip. Mark and Hope are really nice folks and honest as to what works and what doesn't work with the RV.
The RV itself is an older model and is somewhat dated. There are things that don't work that would be nice if they did. The AC doesn't work in the unit unless its plugged in which can make it a little warm as you drive.
We did have an issue with the AC tripping the breaker the first afternoon we arrived at the campsite. It was extremely hot that day and the unit was trying to cool down but was not keeping up. After the sun went down and it cooled off a bit the AC continued to run and cooled the RV really nice. The other issue with the AC is that its really loud and leaks water inside the RV.
I did call Mark on Friday when we got there and he did show up on Saturday to investigate the issue.
The AC is the only issue we had and Mark did his very best to assist us.

Mark and Hope are the nicest couple! We contacted them on very short notice about renting their RV for the 4th of July. They got back to me very fast and said that they were camping with it, but would be home the morning of the 4th and we could rent it. When we got there the RV was spotless even though they had just gotten home with it! They told us upfront about any issues with the RV before we agreed to rent it. When we got there they had a checklist of how to use everything and went over it all with us. We had a great time camping and the RV had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves! You will not find a better deal on outdoorsy than this. Thank you so much for helping us have a wonderful trip Mark and Hope!!
