Overall it was okay the Romero family was profesional, responsive, and on time at the time of delivery!The only reason I'm rating my experience 3 stars due to their generator not working during my stay. Which I immediately brought up to the Romero family attention and i all i got was text message with information on why the generator wasn't working. At the very least they should have follow up with me to see if i was able to get it going or something in that matter. For the amount of money it cost to rent i would at least expect for everything to be working. But luckily a friend had a spare generator that i was able to use and not freeze at night!
