Excellent from every angle. Justin was very detailed with his explanations of all the ins and outs of the RV. He also answered questions in a timely fashion when we were on the road. The RV was easy to drive and it has everything you need. I would definitely rent from him again.

First time RVing, plus had my young kids, so was a little apprehensive but Justin made it easy. Pick up was a breeze as we went thru the checklist and tutorial. He even helped me with my trailer and we went on a trial run thru his property. The RV was pretty spacious at 31 feet and the master BR was quite comfortable, kitchen had most everything you needed in working order. The only thing we struggled with mechanically were retracting the awnings. Would definitely rent this RV again.
