This was the first time I used outdoorsy. I would say my overall experience was amazing. The owner was extremely understanding and willing to work with me on any issues. On pickup I was given an extensive walk through of the trailer and an explanation of how the hitch which was included. My wife and I had an amazing experience and can't wait to do it again.

The host was fantastic about replying to my messages and communicating with me when he needed information. The meeting spot was very convenient. The walk thru before our departure was good. Showed us how things worked and answered any questions. He helped with the hookup to our vehicle and was excellent at troubleshooting when we hit a snafu with it. All worked well and we thoroughly enjoyed the teardrop trailer. It was well cared for. Everything worked as promised and felt safe. This was a perfect way for us to start trying out camping with a small trailer as we step up to a more comfy camping experience. Would definitely recommend this owner and trailer.
