About Jana/Shane's RV rentals

Shane and I have lived in Southeast Idaho all our lives. We love and respect our beautiful surroundings and know just how lucky we are to have such amazing mountains and streams in our own backyard. We want to share this experience with you! Its an experience you will always remember. We own 48 apartments in Idaho Falls and spend our days maintaining and improving them. We currently have 1 AirBNB unit in Idaho Falls but are hoping to expand into vacation rentals up near Island Park/West Yellowstone area! We will always be available to answer any questions you have or assist you with any problems you might incur.

Shane & Jana’s camper was very comfortable for our trip to the Tetons. He set it up and we just got to enjoy the experience!! He went to great lengths to ensure we were comfortable! Thanks for the use of your great camper!! They really thought of EVERYTHING!!

The RV was very spacious and worked out great. Shane was always quick to respond to any questions we had and even drove back out to the campsite to help with an issue with the water heater. Would definitely rent this trailer again!

Shane was great! Friendly, available, and patient. answered all my questions during delivery, set up at the campground and hook up to come home. Beautiful, large, clean trailer stocked with most everything you may not remember packing yourself. Great experience and highly recommended. Will definitely rent from them again.

Our experience with Shane was great! We had the camper delivered to our campsite and he was timely (despite the 2.5 hour drive from his home and accommodating our request to leave at 6am!) Upon delivery he set everything up for us - hookups, leveling, etc. and for pickup we did a quick walk around then he let us hit the road for a long drive and put all slide outs in, emptied the grey & black water tanks, got the camper hooked up to his truck. He was also super responsive to messages and easy to deal with. Excellent service!!As for the camper itself, it was clean and came well equipped with soft bedding, towels, dishes, pots & pans, garbage bags, coffee maker, and camping chairs. Shane even offered to leave us bear spray, but we already were stocked up. The separate bunk room for kids was great, the camper itself quite spacious and very clean & well maintained. We especially liked the auto hvac system for when it went from 85 during the day to 40 overnight and switched from AC to heat!

Disappointing. The oven didn't work, the grill didn't work, the exhaust fan over the stove didn't work so every time we tried to use the stove the fire alarm went off. We rented this trailer for 9 days during our visit to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons.

First time using Outdoorsy and we had a great experience with Jana and Shane. The app experience was somewhat confusing but Jana and Shane were super helpful. The camper was exactly as described. No hidden fees with lots of extras included. Jana and Shane really made us feel comfortable and we could tell they wanted us to enjoy the camper...which we did! They even responded to our messages after 9pm with questions about working the TV.

Not exactly what I expected. During our trip there were issues with cleanliness, broken equipment, and a lack of expected supplies. For example...*The exhaust fan over the stove was broken so every time we used the stove the fire alarm went off.
*The outside grill was filthy, but worse than that, after 30 minutes of cleaning it we discovered that it didn't work.
*The oven didn't work.
*The silverware was dirty with visible food still on it.
*The bath mat in the bathroom was dirty.
*No large bowls for making salads, preparing or serving food.
*No strainer, no toaster, no cutting board.
*No foil, saran wrap, or storage containers.

We enjoyed our trip and the RV was great, Shane was great to work with and we will most likely use this same one next year. Just as soon as we can unwind and get settled back in we will be booking again. Only one thing please fix bed in main bedroom, it needs center brace it kinda sags in the center.

We rented the travel trailer for a week. Shane was really easy to deal with. He responded to our inquiries super fast and even met us late on Thursday so we could drop off even though we weren’t supposed to be there until Friday. The travel trailer was well maintained and had everything we needed for our trip. We had a blast.
