Had trouble with generator from day one, it would not start, called Greg no answer texted Greg no answer, called again no answer. Emailed outdoorsy their response was talk to the owner. Called Greg again this time he answered and told me what to do, but still didn't work. In the morning tried again still wouldn't start, got my nephew, son and brother in law over got it started but stopped within 5 minutes, Greg called the third day told me something else to do, didnt work. Texted Greg to tell how frustrated I was. Didnt hear from Greg till the last day on my way home. The next day went over to talk to him about the problem he said it was that I didnt follow his instructions, which I did. He said maybe he should do a video so people like me could understand directions.i asked for some sort of credit or refund he said no way, he didnt make but 100.00 off the deal and outdoorsy gets the rest. I left frustrated and feeling ripped off. It had a microwave in it, couldn't use it. It had air conditioning, couldn't use it. Had to keep jumping it cause the battery kept dying because of using the lights and trying to start the generator and I would imagine keeping the fridge cold. One night I used a flash light to make the beds. Greg is a nice person but would never rent from him again

My first time renting an RV. It was a great experience, Greg was awesome, making sure to stock the RV with items many campers forget. This was really appreciated.

Greg is very accommodating and easy to contact for any questions. Definitely understands the business and doesn’t take advantage of small or uncontrollable circumstances related to the business. I would work/rent from Greg again.

Greg and his wife were very easy to work with. The RV was perfect for our reunion. He gave great instructions on how the features worked and everything worked perfectly. Definitely the way to go! I am sure we will do that again in the future.
