Dealing with the owners and their unit was fine - however we were surprised at the high cost of insurance… in our case $40.00 per day (with $1000.00 deductible) on top of the unit cost.
Don’t know if we didn’t read the small print, but we were unaware of the Outdoorsy cost until we had rented the unit.

Joe was great and made sure the trip was a success. He went above and beyond what I expected. The trailer was clean. The generator worked excellent and was very quite.
