We were asked if they could drop off a day early at the equestrian facility, since they had plans to go to a truck show. We were not arriving until the next day, so we were not able to check the rv out. There were no instructions left as to any operational options. They had not hooked up the gas so we had no hot water until they gave us instructions on the set-up. Day 2, the sinks started filling up with ransid water, the gray water had over filled, not dumped. We paid thr facility to dump both tanks for $69.00. The TV bracket was falling off the wall and not working. The owner rudely stated that most people use campers for camping and not for watching TV. There was no coffee maker only a pot. She said the previous renter had also stated this, and she would look for it. We bought and left for her a broom, a coffee pot and cleaning supplies. She has refused to refund our deposit or any part of it stating it smelled and was filthy. We have pictures and text messages to support our claim for a refund of $500.00. This is just a scam for her to steal $500.00. Melany Kirsch
