The layout of the trailer was perfect for my family. But we had multiple issues with the trailer. We went dry camping and the batteries kept dying and the fridge would not keep our food cold. The alarm went off at 2 am and we had to disconnect the batteries for it to stop. Very upset as they knew we were dry camping. We even went home a day early. The trailer itself was clean and nice but not having the fridge keep food cold and the batteries being dead really made our trip hard. We had to run the generator all the time and spend lots of money on that. Plus leave and keep buying ice. We also lost a lot of food because of this. I also asked if they had a trash can for the kitchen and they said yes. So I didn’t pack but my iPad was larger than the trash. Very disappointing and I won’t be renting from outdoorsy again.

The size was adequate for our family. The first image listed on RV does not represent actual floor plan (2 door entry vs. outdoor kitchen), would have preferred 2 doors instead of kitchen. Floor plan layout is accurate in listing though. It was set up with the usable side too close to the bushes which made access a challenge. The generator had issues and shut off intermittently. Communication was good. Overall a good trip!

We opted to have the trailer delivered and picked up from our location and that worked perfectly! Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations and the service. Will definitely book again next time we visit NV.

We stayed in Lake Tahoe at Camp Richardson for a family reunion. Bob and Robert delivered our trailer and set it up before we ever arrived. Bob went over everything with us with regards to the trailer. The trailer was in perfect condition. In fact, our whole family all felt that our trailer was the nicest one out of the eight trailers rented. Everything worked perfect, the trailer had every amenity that you would want. We even rented a bicycle from them and it was great! My wife was especially impressed with how clean the trailer was. We both agree that we would rent this trailer or any other that these two men have. Our trip was a #10 plus because our trailer was awesome! Thank you Bob and Robert for making our vacation in Tahoe very comfortable.
