Everything was good except keys would not unlock outside shower and when we got back key got stuck in lock and door would not open. Thank goodness they forgot to lock back door. Some inconvience. Had to use back door for entire trip because front door latch was stuck. Otherwise everything fine

Great first time camping experience for our family with young kids! Great way to “test” it out before making a camper purchase and delivery was key for us since we were traveling such a distance for a holiday weekend. Thank you so much!

Delivery and setup was awesome, a few things didn’t work on the camper but I was notified prior to arrival of the camper and I was okay with those things. There was great communication and they returned my messages quickly and answered all questions. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Absolute worst experience ever. RV had to be replaced due to inoperative measures. Then night before Thanksgiving replaced RV malfunctioned. Myself and company had to sleep in auto for heat (down below 20 degrees). Owner of RVs knows specific malfunctions. Reimbursement for rental is, I've been told by owner, in progress. I have in writing from owner of RV. If full refund is not honored, I will report Outdoorsy and any associate to BBB. I have photos but will provide as necessary.

This was our firsttime RVing and Tony was a great host who took the time to explain the systems and address questions as they arose. We really enjoyed the RV and hope to use it again when we find ourselves back in his area.

We couldn't have ask for a better experience. Tony was great with staying intouch with details and the setup was great. He delivered and set the camper up and we had nothing to do but camp!!Everything we needed for camping was available. We will definitely be using Tony again. Highly recommend for worry freecamping experience!!!
