We took a great 12 day trip with this van. It has everything we needed for a great adventure. Kay was prompt with communication. Everything went smoothly.

Kay and Paul were very easy to communicate with from the booking through any questions we had during our trip through the drop off. The van ran smoothly, we stayed warm during a really cold night and I would definitely rent from them again. Thanks for a great trip, guys!

We were upgraded to a newer van with more amenities. The bed was comfortable and the van was fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication was great. I would book with Kay again!

This was my first trip in an RV, so I didn’t know what to expect.
The communication with the RV owner was great—this is a big compliment. It’s nice to be able to reach then owner easily if necessary.
The rest of our experience in this RV was just so-so, however.
Here’s what suggestions I have for improving the experience of renting the Majestic RV:
—restock and organize the kitchen items so there are enough bowls, cups, plates, etc to use. For example, we had only one bowl and we had to take turns eating our cereal.
—make sure the beds have bottom AND top sheets. We only had bottom sheets and the comforters that we had smelled like other people. For assured cleanliness, it’s nice to have a top sheet too.
—Mechanically, this is an old RV and it runs like an old RV. Ford motors are great and last forever, but it’s good to know that this relic RV stays in the slow lane and needs to cruise at 50-55 mph, max. Going up hills is a bit of a loud, straining hurdle for this ol’ RV. There is nothing to suggest on this topic, it’s just good to know prior to renting it.
—The owners explained that the manual for the RV is missing. There is a lot to remember about using an RV. I suggest that either the owner order a new manual from Ford or they type up the information and have it in the glove compartment so it’s accessible for the renter to review. At pick up the owner was kind, very descriptive and thorough in explaining everything, which was great! However it’s still a lot to remember. Having this info typed up and in the glove compartment would help a lot.
—1/2 of one of the curtains is missing from the window at the table area. This is a large, main window. For privacy at night, it would be helpful if a simple curtain was created to replace this missing one.

This was our first time in an RV and we really enjoyed our experience. We got picked up at the airport and brought to the RV, after a brief going over we were on the road. We went to several National Parks and the RV handled very well everywhere we went. Thank you for the fun memories!

This was our first time using Outdoorsy and I can't recommend it enough!
Kay was great throughoutthe whole experience. Super quick at replying to messages, knowledgeable and personable. I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again.
As for the vehicle, we actually got a newer model with better amenities than advertised so that was a huge bonus. The van was well stocked with kitchen utensils and the bed and bedding were in good used condition.
10/10 would do it again!

We originally were supposed to rent the club wagon, Kay switched us to her Chevy express 3500 with extended wheel base the day prior, which was a newer vehicle. It ran great did not have any issues on our 1200 mile trip to the surrounding national parks. Kay was communicative on the features of the van as well as where to pick up the van. The mini stove worked great! Heated up very quickly and easy to use.

We had a great time in "Home to go". We went from Vegas to Zion then to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon on our adventure. Some of the roads were kind of entertaining to drive because of the curves and canyon walls but the RV did great. It was clean and the motor was strong. It had all the necessities in it and everything worked perfectly. It was great for 2 people. It is not a new RV but was in great shape and we had no complaints. Paul/Kay/John were very informative and quick to answer any requests. I had never driven an RV before and John gave us a quick and easy overview and everything went great. We would definitely rent from them again.

Renting with Kay was very seamless. She was extremely communicative throughout the process, before, during and following our trip. We had a ton of questions since we were flying to Las Vegas and had limited space to bring what we needed and she was available to provide us with answers. She provided almost everything for sleeping, showering and cooking and let us know what she didn't have to we could pick up at the store.

We had an amazing time. Kay and Paul were very responsive when I had questions. They were also very willing to work with us when we realized we weren’t going to make our flight on time. The van was great and I would definitely recommend Kay and Paul and their van! A great way to travel from Vegas to the Grand Canyon! Thanks to Kay and Paul!

It was perfect for a quick camp trip. Had everything we needed. Ran out of the butane provided, but that's okay, we managed. It was hot, having a portable fan would be nice too, but the van was great, got us where we needed to go and was so much easier without having to set up a tent. Bed was just okay. Overall was a great experience and Kay is very communicative.

Paul and Kay were great to work with. They met us on time. Larry gave us a good going through of the camper. Paul even gave us a ride to our hotel after dropping off the camper. He is very nice and told us a lot about Vegas. The 2008 Ford Majestic is nearing retirement. It has a lot of miles and has been well loved. It has 2 front tires that are bald, this made us nervous driving through the hills of southern Utah. It also has a huge crack in the windshield. The windows rattle loudly. We had problems working the AC. It also could have had a few more blankets. The furnace works but we really did not want to use it. The kitchen could of used some plates and a colander. Otherwise the kitchen was stocked well with utensils, pans, dish soap, wash rags. We would rent from them again, but not the Majestic.

We had an awesome experience! Kay was a great communicator, very friendly and quick to respond. Paul even picked us up from the airport which was very helpful! No problems with the van at all. Our van was exactly what we needed- reliable transportation anda comfy place to sleep.
