This RV should not be on the road and I’m confused as to why outdoorsy has it as inventory on their site. When we arrived, the RV was dirty. Not just dirty, but filthy. Glass was missing from the bedroom cabinets, the floor was torn up in the main area of the RV, the windshield was cracked, the blinds were ripped and torn and couldn’t be lifted and there was dust and dirt on nearly every surface. It had not been swept, wiped down, or cleaned in ages. We had driven more than three hours to pick up the RV and we had our two grandsons in tow with nowhere to go. The owner, Ree Robinson, promised to give us the weekend for free and would throw in some tickets for an amusement park to compensate. I see now he was trying to get us to stay in the RV so he could keep our money at the end. I agreed to clean the RV so it would be semi-livable and we could go on to our campgrounds, which we’d already paid for. Ree Robinson never gave us the amusement park tickets and upon returning the RV, told us he’d only give us a one-day refund instead of two. In the end, he gave us nothing back, which was his plan all along.

Owner was friendly and went over some of the preexisting issues with the RV. There was a noted leak in the water lines leaking near the rear driver side wheels. However in addition to the leak it caused the potable water to be pumped directly into the toilet anytime the water was being used. So we were unable to shower, use the sinks or even the toilet as the waste tank filled up with the potable water.

Ree was very friendly, communicated very well, responded quickly and was very thorough in explaining how to work the RV. We only had a few minor issues with the RV (blinds wouldn't raise, shower wouldn't drain and the compartment to release it was stuck, cigarette lighters weren't working, so I couldn't charge my phone while driving, shower is difficult to use for taller people and the outdoor TV wasn't there). The RV drove smoothly, the stereo system was very nice and everything else worked as expected. Would rent again.

Owner was very responsive. We booked last minute. We gave the RV a wipe down before (and after use). only kind of big complaint was our water tank was empty and waste was full. So we were unable to use the bathroom which was part of why we got an rv to avoid rest stops.
