Regrettably, the overall experience fell short of our expectations, especially compared to our previous seven years of renting RVs.
1. Delayed delivery with inadequate tools for setting up the RV.
2. Difficulty in leveling the RV and failure to secure the tires.
3. Subpar cleanliness standards, particularly in the restroom (toilet, floor, and rug).
4. Air conditioning that only became effective after dark, necessitating an additional $35 fan purchase for comfort.
5. Dirty AC filters requiring cleaning instructions for improved airflow.
6. Unclean stove top with remnants of previous use.
7. A torn and malfunctioning awning that was brought to your attention during delivery.
8. An oven that failed to heat properly.
9. Unable to use outdoor kitchen due to the knobs being melted off.
All pictures for this rental are for sure when the RV was brand new and never used. No extra's with this rental except a few kitchen utensils, plan to bring EVERYTHING including a broom and dust pan.

The trailer was great! Very clean and Robert delivered and set it up so it was ready to go when we arrived and communication was great! We will definitely rent again.
