RV was clean and had all the necessary items needed however the fridge was not working properly and also the door kept locking itself.

Thanks Lilliana, I appreciate your business, upon inspection after your trip when you mentioned those items we have not found a deficiency in the fridge ms ability to stay at temp, 33-36 degrees, and I wonder if the items that were out in the fridge were not already cooled off themselves, I.E. Room temp drinks and food as that warms the fridge back up as it's trying to keep cool as well as cool down your food and drink. In regards to the trailer door locking, there is two different locks on the handle and we believe that the handle lock wasn't being properly unlocked which led to that issue you were having. Should you choose to rent from us again we will make sure to go over these items with you. We are very responsive and if you had let us know when you started having an issue we would have responded with solutions or help. We hope your trip was not less than enjoyable due to these issues and you and your family had a great time nonetheless.

Overall really enjoyed the trip definitely a good family friendly RV my family was very comfortable and we even got cold at night because of the AC haha. Patrick is very helpful will definitely book again.

Unfortunately we had to cancel this trailer with the customer due to damages from the previous renter, that could not be completed before repairs could be completed. The renter asked about another trailer that we could provide that was available and decided they no longer were interested in renting from us.

Patrick our host is an amazing individual. He is very very responsive and his customer service skills are above reproach. From pickup to drop off he was 1) incredibly easy going and very flexible 2) went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of & happy with our experience using his rentals.
