Form the reviews, Oleksandr seems to either provide a decent experience or one that's not so good. Ours wasn't good - and if you can rent from someone else I'd suggest that.We booked about a week in advance and i added sheets and a half-day rental so we could pick up the RV at 10am. I messaged him the day before to confirm, an again the morning of the trip when I was heading to pick it up. No response. I arrive and when he comes to the door he's totally surprised that I'm there. He wasn't expecting me that early and I had to show him the messages on the app and the payment page to prove to him I paid for early pickup.I don't know what condition the RV would have been in if I'd come at 3pm. At 10:00am the RV hadn't been cleaned (urine all over the toilet and shower area), gas was 1/4 tank and the water tank was empty. It took him 30 minutes to find a spare key to the water tank and as I was already behind getting going I took the RV like that, filled it up with gas, took it home and filled it with water and cleaned the entire inside. Are we having fun yet?

Everything went as planned , first experience with outdoorsy had a learning curve but would do it again now that we know how it works, RV was clean and ran great . Our host Oleksander was easy to work with and accommodating.

IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
the RV was not ready by when we arrived, but host, Olexandr, was responsable and had it in a chick-chack... Showed us how to use the RV, and whenever we had any question he responded very quickly!

He rented a van with a broken awning. When I used it. It broke more. Couldn’t support the rain that fell in it. The renter spoke no English and we obviously didn’t know it was broke before it was too late. The van had a thermostat, multiple propane tanks , solar but the only way to not freeze was to run the car heater. Poor communication. Was late responding to all questions . Bad experience.
