Camper was fantastic. AC kicked nicely during a very hot Iowa summer week! Spacious and comfortable. We were met at the time we specified for delivery. Great people. Hope to rent from them again.

Kelle, I am so sorry you were disappointed with your stay. I was truly so excited for your weekend in our camper and worked so hard to make it enjoyable for you- offering a camper filled with all essentials, fridge stocked with cold refreshments and cupboards with easy snacks and meals and a s'mores kit. I understand your issue was with not being able to use the air conditioning and not having a generator. In our listing it clearly states we do not provide a generator and because you chose a primitive campsite without access to electricity the air conditioner did not have a power source to run off of. Our listing is priced slightly below competitors offering generators to make up the difference you would have to pay at a full hookup site or to run your own generator. When you stated you did not have your own generator we offered to purchase one for your use despite having no obligation to do so, simply out of kindness because we wanted you to enjoy your time in our camper. You said you would check with friends first but if unable to find one, were happy with that solution. A short while later you said you decided to just go to a hotel and I reminded you we were happy to provide you with a generator but you declined. You then asked for a refund or free weekend in exchange for a good review. At Outdoorsy's, fellow owners, and renters suggestions, we declined due to going above and beyond to rectify the situation and because of that, you threatened to leave a negative review. During arbitration, you attempted to lie to Outdoorsy about uncleanliness, lack of towels, and lack of toiletries- thankfully I had timestamped photos to disprove all of the above. The lies about the services we provided truly did make me sad, but not as upset as the attacks on my character and rude remarks about our finances. I am sorry your weekend did not go as you had hoped but we did everything we could to provide the accommodations for a comfortable stay and ultimately, the problem was due to failure to read on your end and not failure to fulfill on mine.
