The camper was in great shape, and the service was even better. Kyle isa heat communicator, responded very quickly, and was very helpful in letting us know what to expect. He has a helpful YouTube video on the steps needed on arriving at camp, and in leaving for the next camp site. The trip was unforgettable, thanks to the rv and the exceptional service.

Overall everything was great. However, what was new and unclear to me was that I had to refill the propane tank. I suggest Kyle draw attention to that specifically. From my previous experience, I never asked for that from other owners. And it can be tricky because everyone knows how to refuel your car, but has no idea where and how to refuel propane. Possibly some instruction is required. I accept, maybe for someone, it's not a brainer at all, that's why I still leave 5 stars.

Let me just start by saying that Kyle & Val are awesome hosts! The 757Switchback is a perfect RV and my family and I truly loved traveling in it. It was meticulously clean and she drove and rode like a dream. We will definitely be renting this RV again in the future. I highly highly highly recommend you all reach out to Kyle & Val and rent 757Switchback for your next camping adventure.
