This was our first rental with Outdoorsy, and it couldn't have gone better. Ignacio was a great communicator, friendly and shared some good knowledge and tips about how to get the most out of his trailer. The trailer was very clean, he provided all the proper tools and extras we needed to make sure we had a great trip. Even started the fridge cooling down the night before so it would be ready for us. Powerful AC kept us cool in the desert. Thanks for a great experience, we'll be back for sure.

Ignacio made trailer ready ahead of time, he offered great help on hitching up the trailer with my truck. Ignacio is quick on responding to questions and issues. I had a great experience renting Ignacio's trailer. I will rent with him again.

Ignacio and his wife were very friendly and informative. We had him drop off the trailer for us as we did not have a vehicle that could tow it. He had everything setup and ready for us quickly.

Ignacio was great! He took the trailer to our campsite, as we didn't have towing available. Arrived before us and with a smile. I would recommend you rent from Ignacio. You will LOVE the trailer and the experience.

It was such a pleasure renting from Ignacio. He is so easy to work with, replies to your messages right away and was able to accommodate a last minute request. His RV trailer is clean and very comfortable. He took his time explaining everything and helping hitch the trailer. I would defenetly be renting his RV Trailer for any future trips. An additional bonus is that is bilingual! Thank you Ignacio!

Ignacio was very helpful and friendly. He was very flexible with pickup and drop off. The trailer was very clean and it was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. The beds were very comfortable and clean. I would 100% rent from him again.

Ignacio was a great host. THE trailer was a little dirty but only because it was a last minute request and he didn't have time to clean it. I was going to the Desert and it was going to get dirty again so no worries for me. Great guy very punctual and accommodation.
