Before you rent this RV make sure the windshield is repaired (Karen charged us for a chipped windshield on the passenger side, mid way down).
The electrical power in the compartment where the water and power hook ups are had wires which were connected by twist wire nuts. Not safe. They need to be permanently repaired and a cover on the box.
Karen charged us for a dirty shower after my wife had cleaned it with Clorox wipes- it was not dirty. She also charged us for a vehicle cleaning because we had bug juice on the front of the unit. You may want to run the RV through the car wash before returning it.
Make sure you check the eating utensil drawer. It was dirty and we saw roaches.

Karen was great to work with. She gave us a great "walkthrough" and briefing before departing. In total she spent at least three hours with us. She even explained things to our grandkids about things they could do to help with the travel. There were no unexpected, at-the-end-of-the-trip charges that we hadn't discussed beforehand. We had a couple of questions during our two week trip to the west coast and Karen was always available to help answer our questions by phone. I would highly recommend Karen.
